If you are an American citizen and you want your foreign fiancée to travel to the United States to marry you and live in the United States, you must file a Petition for Alien Fiancée (I-129F), with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS). Once she is in the U.S., you have 90 days to marry her or she must return to her country. All paperwork for this type of visa must start in the United States.

- You must meet your Fiancée in person before you can file for a Fiancée Visa.
- You will need several photographs of the two of you together and proof of travel documentation.
- You both must be legally single and eligible to marry.
- You will provide us with background information and required documents.
- We will review your documents and complete your fiancée visa petition and mail it to you with instructions for your signature and filing with USCIS. Government fees are not included in our visa service packages.
- Your petition will be reviewed and approved by 2 different government agencies.
- If approved, the petition goes to the US Embassy in your fiancée's resident country. We will provide interview information to you and your Fiancée.
- Once the interview has been scheduled, a medical exam will also be required. There are additional government fees associated with the interview process.
- At the interview, if your Fiancée's petition is approved, a visa will be issued within 10 to 14 business days.
- After your Fiancée comes to the United States, you will have 90 days to marry. If you do not marry, your Fiancée must return home.
- Once you are married, your Fiancée will be required to apply for an Adjustment of Status to become a permanent resident, or risk deportation. Contact us to begin paperwork for an Adjustment of Status (Green Card).
