Our site or the use of our site or services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Pricing and Fees

All fees paid by the client to USVisaSupport.com must be paid in advance. If the full fee is not paid at the beginning of the process, the balance must be paid prior to USVisaSupport.com sending the completed petition to the client for signature. Commencement of services begins when full or partial payment for service is made. Please check refund policy for applicable refunds. Prices represent petition preparation fees payable to USVisaSupport.com. US government filing fees and processing fees will be paid directly to the appropriate government agency by the client as determined by circumstances. These additional fees are not included in USVisaSupport.com's price.

Information Sent By Way of Website is Not Secure

Although we have taken significant measures to ensure the security of information sent by email, you should know that any information sent to the website by Internet e-mail or through the Website is not secure and is done so on a non-confidential basis. Any information you send to USVisaSupport.com over the Internet, either through USVisaSupport.com or via email is done at your own risk. USVisaSupport.com expressly reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a visa package and refuse current or future use of any USVisaSupport.com service if, in its sole discretion, USVisaSupport.com: (a) believes the client has violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (b) becomes aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other USVisaSupport.com users, or the general public; or (c) believes the client to have acted in an unlawful manner by submitting fraudulent information or performed actions with intent to deceive USVisaSupport.com staff and the United States government; or (d) determines USVisaSupport.com cannot act in the best interest of the client in regards to his or her visa package due to non-typical circumstances beyond our expertise. (e) USVisaSupport.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the US USVisaSupport.com

Limitations

USVisaSupport.com may establish limits concerning use of the Services and reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice, including but not limited to the Website's content, functionality or hours of availability, the equipment needed for its access or use, or its pricing. USVisaSupport.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You acknowledge that USVisaSupport.com is not responsible for rejection of your immigration petition due to your failure to timely or properly file your petition with USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). USCIS reserves the right to publish updated forms or change filing fees at any time. The filing fees stated and the forms printed for your use of the Services at USVisaSupport.com are current as-of the date that the forms are printed. If you expect to delay submitting your application to USCIS, be sure to confirm that the forms you have printed are still being accepted by USCIS prior to filing and that the filing fee amount is still correct.

You acknowledge that USVisaSupport.com is not responsible for denial of your immigration petition by USCIS, the National Visa Center or the US Embassy due to your underlying ineligibility for the immigration benefit sought.
Furthermore, USVisaSupport.com is not responsible for USCIS, the National Visa Center or the US Embassy not following their own published guidelines as made available to the general public via their websites. You also acknowledge that any of the foregoing Limitations on Service will not be cause for a refund for Services.

Client Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide all necessary documents and information requested by USVisaSupport.com in a timely manner. Failure to fully cooperate with USVisaSupport.com and our Visa Support Specialists will delay processing of the client's support package with no fault to USVisaSupport.com. If the client has not responded to requests for documents and information from USVisaSupport.com after 90 consecutive days from initial order, USVisaSupport.com reserves the right to terminate the order with no refund due.

USVisaSupport.com and their employees are not acting as your attorney, and USVisaSupport.com is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. USVisaSupport.com cannot provide legal advice and can only provide document preparation services for your visa with information provided by you.

No attorney-client privilege is created with USVisaSupport.com by using its/ services. You have been informed of the services that USVisaSupport.com is performing, and the cost of these services; and no governmental entity or authority has evaluated or approved USVisaSupport.com's knowledge or experience, or the quality of USVisaSupport.com's services.

Disputes

I agree that if there is any dispute regarding or involving USVisaSupport.com and/or its' service, by using USVisaSupport.com, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If I am not a resident of the State of Hawaii, I agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. District Court for Hawaii.
